Unfortunately we don't ship 2 sizes. If the size isn't right, you can exchange it within 3 days of delivery.

No. For safety reasons, opening the package while the courier waits is not permitted.

No. You must either receive the full order or return all of it.

Yes, within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, in the same condition as received, with the white strap still on, and returned in the dust bag they came in.

Sale items and items bought with a promo code cannot be refunded.

Yes, within 3 days of delivery, with the same conditions as refunds. Sale items and items bought with a promo code can only be exchanged for a different size. If the size you need is out of stock, we won't be able to offer an exchange.

Step 1. Put the item back in its dust bag and email us at info.omai.apparel@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, with your order number, the item, and what you would like in return if you are exchanging.

Step 2. Once confirmed, your exchange or refund is processed within 3 to 6 business days.

Email us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or a video showing the problem, and we will exchange or fix it for you.

Yes. A shipping fee of 75 EGP applies to both exchanges and refunds.

At the moment, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for international orders (outside Egypt).
